Rental Conditions

1. Eligibility & Documents

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old (25+ for selected supercars).
• A valid driving licence accepted in the UAE is required.
• UAE residents provide an Emirates ID; visitors provide a passport and, where applicable, an International Driving Permit.
• A valid credit card in the renter's name is required for the pre-authorisation.

2. Booking, Payment & No Deposit Option

• A booking is confirmed once our concierge verifies availability and documents.
• Rates are quoted per day and include the agreed daily mileage allowance.
• A refundable pre-authorisation (security hold) may be placed on the renter's card for the rental period.
• No Deposit Option are available on selected vehicles.

3. Insurance & Liability

• All vehicles include comprehensive insurance.
• The renter is liable for the insurance excess/deductible in the event of damage or accident.
• Insurance is void if the vehicle is driven recklessly, off-road, under the influence, or by an unauthorised driver.

4. Mileage, Fuel & Tolls

• Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance; extra kilometres are charged at the agreed rate.
• The vehicle is delivered with a fuel level that must be matched on return, or a refuelling fee applies.
• Salik (toll) charges and parking fees incurred during the rental are billed to the renter.

5. Fines & Traffic Violations

• All traffic fines, speeding penalties and related administrative fees during the rental period are the renter's responsibility.
• Fines may be charged after the rental once published by the authorities.

6. Delivery & Collection

• Complimentary delivery and collection are available across Dubai, 24/7, including UAE airports.
• The renter must inspect the vehicle at handover; any existing damage is recorded on the handover form.

7. Permitted Use

• The vehicle may only be driven by the approved renter / additional authorised drivers.
• Sub-letting, racing, towing, off-roading and transport of illegal goods are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking inside the vehicle may incur a cleaning fee.

8. Cancellation & Changes

• Reservations may be amended or cancelled by contacting our concierge.
• Cancellation terms depend on the vehicle and notice period and are confirmed at booking.
